Handicraft – the magic created by one’s own hands
Handicraft is more than just a passion to me. It is a moment of peace, when the world slows down and my thoughts fall into rhythm with my hands working on something unique. I still remember my first crochet lessons at school – back then, I didn’t know how much I would come to love this form of creation. Later in life, before my twins were born, it was my mother-in-law who patiently taught me new stitches and patterns, showing me that in handicraft one can find not only beauty but also comfort.
Every handmade piece carries its own soul. It holds time, heart, and emotions woven into every detail. In an age of mass production, handicraft becomes something truly special – something that connects generations and lets us return, even for a moment, to our roots.
It is also my space of freedom. Creating allows me to express myself, step away from the rush of everyday life, and immerse myself in a world where precision, patience, and love for detail matter most. For nothing brings as much satisfaction as the sight of a finished work – something that was born from my passion.
