📖 How the book and its cover came to life
Sometimes, all it takes is to hear your heart — and follow it.
You don’t have to be a graphic designer or an expert in dementia.
I simply combined my love for handmade things, a clear intention, and a sense of solidarity.
I used a small sensory piece made of felt and arranged it into a pattern.
You can read more about it on the blog.
And the text?
It was born from deep attention to the person
who needs support.
Because in all of this,
what matters most is the human being —
not dementia, not Alzheimer’s.
I encourage you:
Create. If you feel it.
If something inside you longs to come out — let it.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just needs to be yours.
This book was created out of silence and heart.
I place it in your hands — if this is the moment you need it.
About the Author
I know the kind of exhaustion that doesn’t go away after a night’s sleep. I know how much it hurts to be judged, misunderstood, or met with silence from those closest to you. That’s why I create practical guides and personalized sensory tools — to offer real support. Health Hand is a space I’m building for those who love deeply, care endlessly, and often feel incredibly alone in the process. This is not a place for perfection. It’s a place for those who give their all — sometimes from the shadows, often without recognition. Each day, I act on the belief that it’s the person — not the role, job, or label — that matters most. My books are not theory. They are real-life suggestions and gentle words for those who care for others… and forget themselves. I don’t represent an institution. I don’t create from a distance. I create from life — and from a heart that knows one kind sentence can change someone’s day.
This is what I know how to do best — with all my heart, for those who need support.
That’s why I feel like one of you.
