Health Hand offers two types of products:

  • Handmade Sensory Aids – textile-based, personalised, made-to-order products designed to support individuals living with dementia.
  • Digital Products – downloadable PDF guides in Polish, available immediately after purchase.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed without the need to create an account.
  • Accepted payment methods include Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.
  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Shipping is currently available within the United Kingdom only.
  • Delivery is free to all UK addresses.
  • Products are shipped via reputable courier services (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD).
  • Due to the personalised, handmade nature of our items, please allow 7–10 working days for order fulfilment.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital PDF guides are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed.
  • A download link will appear on-screen and/or be sent via email.
  • If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Handmade Sensory Aids
Due to their personalised and custom-made nature, returns and cancellations are not accepted, except in cases of:

  • manufacturing defect,
  • damage during shipping.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a description of the issue along with photographs.

Digital Products (PDF Guides)
Digital files are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon payment.

8. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all personalisation details and shipping information are correct before placing your order. Health Hand is not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.

9. Data Protection

10. Legal Jurisdiction
