Podchodzę do ludzi z głębokim zrozumieniem potrzeb ciała, serca i umysłu – łącząc swoją wiedzę z intuicją, empatią i wewnętrznym przewodnictwem.

Agnieszka Troć
Hi! My name is Agnieszka Troć. Drawing and painting have always been part of my life, although I used to do something entirely different – I was an architect. Over time, I felt it wasn’t quite my path. I missed art, the freedom of creating, and the joy of painting. In a difficult period of my life, when I struggled with depression, painting helped me find light and regain balance. Art gave me strength to move forward.
So I decided to return to what I truly love and what gives me fulfillment.
Today, I am a painter, illustrator, and founder of Akademia ATDP – a place I created to support others in discovering their artistic potential.
What do I create?
I love painting with oils and watercolors. I mostly create portraits, landscapes, and still lifes – but I also like to experiment and combine techniques, following my intuition.
For me, art is not only the end result – the most important part is the process itself: the quiet time with yourself, your emotions, the paper, and the paint.
What is Akademia ATDP?
Akademia ATDP is a space where I support people like you – anyone who wants to draw, paint, and learn at their own pace, without pressure.
What you’ll find:
Online courses and workshops – drawing, watercolor, mixed media, neurographic drawing
Art Zoom sessions – regular live online group painting
Support groups – e.g., “Drawing and Painting – Weekly Challenge” to motivate and build creative habits
I want everyone to feel that art is accessible – you don’t need to be “talented,” just willing to try.
Neurography – Drawing That Transforms
A key part of my work is also neurography – a beautiful, intuitive method that helps understand oneself, organize emotions, and find inner peace.
In my workshops, I show how to create neurographic drawings that genuinely support positive change.
Why do I do this?
I believe everyone can draw and paint. Truly everyone.
All it takes is a bit of courage, consistency, and kind support – and that’s exactly what I try to provide to those learning with me.
It’s not just about how to paint – but about enjoying the process and creating in your own unique way.

MoreBarbara Kulka
My name is Barbara Kulka and I create under the name BKcrafty. I’ve been doing handicrafts for over 9 years – crocheting, knitting, designing patterns, and running a YouTube channel with original tutorials. I specialize in combining different techniques, including recycling denim – sewing, painting jackets, blending yarns with fabric to give materials a second life.
For me, crafting is more than creativity – it’s a way to calm down, recharge, and rediscover myself.
I also have personal experience working in a care home. I know firsthand how challenging and valuable daily care for another person can be. That’s why, through Health Hand, I want to share not only creative passion but also support caregivers in building their own well-being – step by step, with mindfulness and heart.
Because I believe small things – like a moment of creativity – can bring great relief.
Angela Budka
My name is Angela Budka. I am a nurse with many years of experience and a passion for natural health methods. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with elderly people – they taught me how important mindfulness, tenderness, and presence are in caregiving.
For many years, I’ve explored and practiced aromatherapy, witnessing the powerful effects of scent, touch, and closeness in improving quality of life – even for those struggling with dementia.
I promote conscious healthcare and prevention. Currently, I also work in diagnostics as a certified phlebotomist and offer vitamin infusions, supporting the body on a cellular level.
For me, the most important thing is quality and giving real value – from the heart, with empathy and respect for every person, regardless of age or health condition.
I believe that warmth, scent, and care can build bridges where words no longer suffice.

Wiesława Pokorska
Working as a caregiver for the elderly, I learned how to support them in daily life. It brought me joy and satisfaction. This encouraged me to volunteer at a care home, even though at first, I knew little about its residents.
That’s where I first encountered dementia. I was initially surprised and confused, but over time I felt a deep bond with the residents. I understood how important my presence was and how much they needed help communicating. I realized I didn’t just want to support the ill – I also wanted to support their caregivers.
I started asking many questions – about the illness, but also about daily care. I quickly saw that medical knowledge and expert opinions are relatively easy to find – in books, articles, and lectures. But simple, practical, and truly effective care methods are much harder to come by. Yet these are what we need most in everyday situations.
I decided to look at it all from the perspective of a loved one who suddenly becomes a caregiver. I searched for information by asking other caregivers – friends and members of Facebook groups. I was surprised at how much one needs to know and how hard it is to find it all in one place.
That’s why I decided to change that. I’m collecting and writing down what I’ve learned from other caregivers – their methods, tips, and real-life solutions that have worked. All in the form of simple guides meant to help those facing the same challenges.
Many caregivers are simply thrown into the deep end – without medical training, without preparation, often alone. That’s why mutual help, knowledge sharing, and support are so important – even the simplest advice can brighten someone’s day.
This guide is one in a series – and certainly not the last. I hope you’ll find something here that eases your caregiving journey and gives you strength – because no one should feel alone in this.
I’m writing it so that, as you read, you’ll feel I’m right there beside you. Supporting you with all my heart.
You’re no longer alone.
