Small Spark, Big Story.
The manuscript was ready, but it was missing a heart in its image. I was looking for something that would be more than just a cover – a quiet invitation, a gentle gesture that says: “I’m here with you.”
On my shelf lay a small, smooth stone – a gift from my daughter. In its centre, a delicate mandala, like a breath captured in shape. I held it in my hand. It was cool, yet somehow warm – perhaps from the memories. And in that moment, I thought: This is the spark.
I cut soft, springy circles out of felt, each one like a drop of light. I sewed them, one after another, into my favourite yo-yos – sensory pieces that, under my fingers, always remind me to be mindful. I arranged them in a circle, letting the pattern grow slowly, step by step – one yo-yo, then the next. From small decisions and the quiet joy of creating, a colourful, light, and life-filled mandala emerged.
My intention is simple: inspiration doesn’t have to be an exact copy. All it needs is a spark, and the rest comes from the heart. And I hope that anyone who holds this book will feel even a trace of that energy. Because everything I create carries a piece of me – my touch, my mindfulness, my calm.
I know you might say: “I don’t have the strength.” That’s exactly why Health Hand was created – a circle of people with different passions who can help give you strength.
And now – take your spark. Listen to yourself. And create something that will be yours, only yours.
